Join the Culinary Leadership Intern/Trainee Program at Whitefish Mountain Resort and experience the excitement of working in a true all-seasons mountain destination. In summer, you’ll gain hands-on experience with catered events, while winter brings a fast-paced environment with elevated après-ski food and high-volume service. During the spring, you’ll be involved in menu development, kitchen management, and preparing the culinary operation for the upcoming season.
